In 1967 Paul Fitzjohn established Elbolsa’s Autographs in a small office in Regents Square, Northampton, England. Dealing exclusively in World Cup 1966 England players autographs, progressing into authenticating and auctioneering.

He spent the next 40 years working all over the world in this capacity. He is a well respected authenticator and valuer throughout the trade, which reflects his experience and knowledge gained over the years.

Paul now concentrates mainly on classic British comedy and 60’s/70’s T V series.He is the man the trade trust  for his opinion on matters of authenticity  for Dads Army,Carry On films,Steptoe and Son and early Dr Who autographs and memorabilia.

Elbolsas autographs offers an online opinion service to assist collectors when making their purchases.This is an opinion service that will assist buyers before or after an autograph is purchased.Paul will compare your autographs against his huge collection of exemplars and using them and his experience gained over years of being in the industry to offer objective advice that will assist you in your purchase.The fee for this service is £7.50 per autograph.

A full authenticating service is offered when the autograph/s can be viewed in person.Where a full description and valuation (at retail price or  for insurance purposes) ,if requested ,will be given.The fee for this service is negotiable.Please use the contact form at the top of the page if either service is required
